Мозгу нравится немедленное подкрепление, всплеск дофамина - это приятно. И зачем тогда читать длинную книгу, удовольствие от которой начнёшь получать, может быть, страниц через пятьдесят? Идя по такому пути, можно разучиться напрягать голову, весь вдумчивый и действительно полезный контент станет "душным". Потому что сократится объем внимания.

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android
From the Files app, scroll down to Internal storage, and tap on WhatsApp. Once you’re there, go to Media and then WhatsApp Stickers.
