Норма, которая больно бьёт по российским электрометаллургам, вновь вступит в силу с 5 мая и будет распространяться на все виды транспортировки лома и отходов металлов, а также отработавших свинцовых аккумуляторов, отходов и лома аккумуляторов.
Исключение - бывшие в употреблении элементы подвижного состава, ввозимые на территорию республики для ремонта и вывозимые обратно.
