Сегодня весь день лежу в кровати с ноутбуком и телефоном, разгребаю завалы, и вот о чем задумалась…
Я такая непредсказуемая для своего организма, он никогда не знает, пройду я сегодня 20 тыс шагов или проведу день в кровати. Съем 5 тыс ккал или его ждет интегральное голодание, лягу спать в 23:00 или до 5 утра будем смотреть сериал про маньяков🤣🤣🤣
