譚耀宗稱被扣港人家屬如希望國際插手未必有好處
12名涉嫌偷越國(邊)境犯罪的港人，被刑事拘留在深圳鹽田公安分局已20多天。全國人大常委譚耀宗在本台節目《千禧年代》說，家屬關心案件及希望特區政府協助，是很合理的事，但如果希望國際插手，未必對事情有好處。對於家屬委託的律師一直未能會見當事人，譚耀宗說，從公開資料得知，被拘留人士已經有官方委派的律師，因此不需要其他律師。他又說，偷越國(邊)境罪並非嚴重罪行，最多判囚一年，但未知調查期間會否發現相關人士有沒有牽涉其他罪行，至於其中一名涉嫌觸犯港區安全法的港人，會否由內地處理，則有待執法部門研究。
