پرویز امینی استاد دانشگاه در ارزیابی اولیه خود از انتخابات ۱۱ اسفند ۱۴۰۲ می‌گوید: در این انتخابات دوگانه مشارکت در برابر تحریم شکل گرفته بود اما آن نیروی تحریم انتخابات اساسا تبدیل به نیروی فعال موثر نشد
او با اشاره به مشارکت سیاسی شکل گرفته که نزدیک به مشارکت انتخابات ۹۸ است نیز می‌گويد: رسیدن به این میزان مشارکت [و در حالی که ما در شرایط سیاسی بهتر از سال ۹۸ نیستیم بلکه موانع مشارکت تقویت شده است] با واقعیت سازکار و در سقف واقعیتی بود که می توانست شکل بگیرد.
به گفته این استاد دانشگاه انتظار مشارکت بالای ۵۰ درصد، به معنای درک پست مدرنی از شرایط است و یعنی تمام آن چیزی که در سال گذشته اتفاق افتاده واقعیتی برساختی است.

That growth environment will include rising inflation and interest rates. Those upward shifts naturally accompany healthy growth periods as the demand for resources, products and services rise. Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android

This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
