Счетная палата (СП) предложила закрепить в нормативных документах ответственность регионов за недостижение плановых показателей инфраструктурных проектов, об этом сообщили в пресс-службе ведомства.
🔺Предложение выдвинуто по итогам проверки использования средств федерального бюджета для развития инфраструктуры в семи регионах.
СП выяснила, что не все регионы смогли выполнить планы, но наказания за это сегодня не существует. Основная часть полученных средств направлялась на проекты в сферах жилищно-коммунального и дорожного хозяйства.
