我国发布50项食品安全新标准，明确禁用“零添加”等宣传用语
今日，国家卫生健康委与市场监管总局联合发布50项食品安全国家标准及9项标准修改单，涵盖食品标签、特殊膳食、产品标准及检验方法等领域。新标准要求食品标签强制标示八大类致敏物质，并首次引入食品数字标签；禁止使用“不添加”“零添加”等误导性用语，倡导消费者以配料表获取信息。此外，营养标签升级为“1+6”强制标示模式，强化“减盐、减油、减糖”提示。检测标准新增29项食品安全指标，生产经营规范亦进一步严格。新标准设2年过渡期，确保行业平稳实施。
