❗️Опубликованы поправки в Трудовой кодекс, уточняющие порядок оплаты сверхурочной работы
Президент России подписал Федеральный закон от 22.04.2024 № 91-ФЗ «О внесении изменения в статью 152 Трудового кодекса Российской Федерации». Законом уточняется порядок оплаты сверхурочной работы. Такая работа должна оплачиваться исходя из заработной платы с учетом компенсационных и стимулирующих выплат, а не только тарифной части или оклада.
За первые 2 часа сверхурочной работы работнику положена выплата не менее чем в полуторном размере, за последующие часы - не менее чем в двойном размере. Сам закон был разработан с целью реализации постановления Конституционного суда от 27 июня 2023 года. Конституционный суд указал, что оплата сверхурочной работы, исходя лишь из одной составляющей части заработной платы работника не соответствует Конституции.

Be patient—your phone’s just struggling with a heavy load.On the menu that pops from the bottom of the screen, choose Telegram, and then select the chat named Saved messages. This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
Can I mute a Telegram group?

And with so many active users on the app, people might get messages in bulk from a group or a channel that can be a little irritating. So to get rid of the same, you can mute groups, chats, and channels on Telegram just like WhatsApp. You can mute notifications for one hour, eight hours, or two days, or you can disable notifications forever.
