使用桌面客户端
首先在下载和安装 Win 或 Mac 版 Telegram：

登录 Telegram 账号之后打开 Settings – Privacy and Security，把 Sensitive Content 下的 Disable filtering 打开
好了，把 iOS 上的 Telegram APP 关掉重新打开，就会发现之前无法查看的群组和频道都已经可以访问。
根据选项下方的介绍，这个开关是全局性的，也就是说这样操作过后，该账号在所有平台上面的客户端都适用这个规则。如果想要浪子回头，把它再关掉就好了。
