趙家賢被咬甩耳案｜上訴庭裁定被告陳真刑期上訴得直 原判囚14年半 今獲減刑半年
【庭刊】中年男子陳真於2019年11月涉在太古城以刀刺傷一對夫婦，並咬甩時任當區區議員趙家賢的左耳，2022年4月在高等法院被裁定3項有意圖傷人罪及1項普通襲擊罪罪成，判囚14年半。男子不服刑期提上訴，上訴庭今（8日）頒下判詞，就原審法官因傷人事件是因上訴人而起，故拒接納上訴人對事主作賠償為求情因素，認為原審不應排除有關減刑因素，判男子刑期上訴得直，減刑半年至14年。 （全文）
