5 月 21 日，A 股共 13 家公司发布定增相关公告。其中 3 家公司披露股票定增预案，8 家定增预案获股东大会通过，1 家定增预案获交易所通过，1 家定增方案停止实施。从当日最新披露定增预案来看，瑞玛精密、普路通、开开实业定增募资预案金额最高，分别拟定增不超 6.8 亿元、5.49 亿元、2.06 亿元。今年以来，已有 69 家公司公告定增方案已完成，13 家公司定增金额超 10 亿元。具体来看，中国石化、北部湾港、拓普集团定增募资金额最高，募资总额分别为 120 亿元、36 亿元、35.15 亿元。
