多國議員成立「對華政策跨國議會聯盟」(IPAC)
來自英美德日澳等多國及歐洲議會議員今日宣布成立「對華政策跨國議會聯盟」（Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China），旨在協調及促進各國議會就對華政策的統一合作。IPAC 工作主要針對以下五大範疇：
1. 維繫國際法秩序
2. 保護人權
3. 促進公平貿易
4. 防範共產中國威脅地區安全
5. 防範共產中國透過經濟手段侵蝕別國主權

For the week, the Dow rose 0.6 percent, the NASDAQ added 0.1 percent and the S&P gained 0.5 percent.The lackluster performance on Wall Street came on uncertainty about the outlook for the markets following recent volatility.
