Ho avuto la fortuna di visitare un caseificio che trasforma 70.000 litri di latte al giorno in mozzarelle, scamorze, e ricotta.
Qui si produce la mozzarella con una tecnica industriale ma ispirata a quella artigianale , attraverso l’uso di colture lattiche selezionate!

Quando si deve lavorare così tanto latte non vengono utilizzate caldaie simili a grandi pentole di casa ma le polivalenti
Sono vasche in acciaio da 7.600 Litri di latte dove il latte viene fatto coagulare e maturare la cagliata , poi vengono ribaltate su un filtro che trattiene la cagliata (circa 800 Kg!! Di pasta di mozzarella).

Il siero viene eliminato per gravità e diventerà ricotta, mentre la cagliata viene successivamente tagliata e filata per produrre la mozzarella

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android

This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
